Fecal DNA Preservation Solution MCPS-03 is composed of purified water, Tris, hydrochloric acid, SDS, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, and ethanol. It is designed for the ambient temperature transport and storage of fecal samples to ensure the stability and integrity of nucleic acids (DNA) from cells, bacteria, viruses, and other components within the sample. This solution prevents the degradation of both host and microbial DNA, facilitating subsequent genetic testing and analysis experiments such as PCR, qPCR, NGS, nucleic acid mass spectrometry analysis, and microarray analysis.
