Collection method of nasal sterile sampling swab:

(1) Measure the distance from nostril to ear root with cotton swab and mark it with finger.

(2) Let the patient’s head relax naturally, stick the swab on the nostril wall, slowly rotate it to the patient’s nostril, nose and palate, and then take it out slowly while wiping it. Use the same cotton swab, let it stay in your nose for 15-30 secondi, and then gently rotate it 3 volte. Wipe the other nostril in the same way.

(3) Put the swab into the virus transport medium, break the swab rod and put it completely into the test tube.

(4) Tighten the pipe sleeve, mark it, and seal it in a plastic bag.

(5) If it is necessary to collect from two nostrils, one swab should be used respectively.

(6) Store at 4℃ (short-term storage).
