How to take a throat swab?
Throat swab sampling method:
1. Ask the patient to sit down, pencher la tête en arrière, and open his mouth wide. The sampler uses a tongue depressor to fix the tongue, and flock the head with a flocking swab over the root of the tongue to the posterior pharyngeal wall, tonsil recess, side wall, etc.;
3. Wipe 3 pour 5 times repeatedly to collect mucosal cells;
