Our Saliva DNA Preservation Solution MCPS-04 is specially formulated to stabilize and preserve human DNA in saliva samples. It enables non-invasive, safe, and efficient sample collection, making it ideal for genetic testing, disease screening, and research use. This solution ensures DNA integrity during transportation and ambient-temperature storage by inhibiting nuclease activity and microbial growth.
Formulated with a powerful combination of Tris buffer, hydrochloric acid, EDTA-Na2, proteinase K, β-mercaptoethanol, and other stabilizing agents, the solution lyses cells and inactivates nucleases to ensure high-quality DNA yield.
