Sampling Steps:
- Start by thoroughly cleaning your mouth by rinsing with water.
- Take the swab provided in the kit and gently scrape the surface of your tongue. Apply light pressure and move the swab from the back of your tongue to the front.
- Make sure to cover the entire surface of your tongue to collect a representative sample.
- Once you have collected the sample, place it in the container provided in the kit.
- Seal the container properly to prevent any contamination.
- Follow the instructions provided in the kit for further steps, such as labeling the container or sending it to a laboratory for analysis.
