Except for restaurants and cafes that provide takeaways, other restaurants and cafes are closed.

Prior to this, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that France will once again “close the city” for one month from the 30th to curb the spread of the new crown epidemic. During the “closure” period, all non-essential travel is prohibited, and restaurants and bars are temporarily closed. Macron said in a televised speech that day that the spread of the new crown virus in France “not even the most pessimistic people expected.”
