Gently rub the swab back and forth across the surface of the tongue for approximately 10 秒.
⚠️ Important: Avoid touching teeth or applying excessive pressure.
Insert the swab into the collection tube containing preservation solution.
Break the swab at the designated breakpoint, leaving the swab head inside the tube.
Tighten the cap securely and gently shake the tube to ensure proper mixing with the preservation solution.
